We had a wonderful and comfortable stay in a impressive suite located in a cozy area in the middle of Jackson.

The lobby of Towneplace Suites was clean and inviting, creating a positive first impression. The room itself was spacious and well-designed, with a separate kitchen and dining area that added convenience to our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The location of the hotel was also ideal, just a short drive away from all the attractions we wanted to visit in Louisville. I would highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and convenient location.

Our room had climate control, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a sofa bed.

The hotel was situated quite close to several amenities which was convenient. The bed was incredibly comfortable, though the pillows were a bit thin and lacked support. The room itself was spacious and had unique touches that set it apart from other hotels. The front desk provided additional pillows, but the breakfast was disappointing and lacked variety.

The staff wasn't quite as helpful as one would expect, they were rude when queried about damages, and had confusion about the room floor when asked for a hairdryer.

The brand-new hotel was excellent. All of the staff members were welcoming and fantastic. Location: the property was really close to Louisville and the airport and Kentucky expo center and interstate. One of the dining options, Waffle House was 5 mins walk away.

The location of the hotel was convenient as it took me only a short drive to reach various attractions in the city. Additionally, I found the hotel facilities to be complete and well-maintained, including the clean and spacious rooms. The staff members were very welcoming and accommodating, providing exceptional service throughout my stay.

During my New Year's stay, I appreciated that the hotel had a central location that allowed me to easily visit nearby attractions and restaurants. the lobby of the hotel was kept clean and tidy, making for a great first impression. Lastly, the bed was comfortable and allowed me to have a good night's rest.

The hotel's location was convenient for my needs as it was close to the Kentucky expo center and the interstate. The lobby was well maintained and clean, which gave a good first impression. The room had a kitchen area, which was a great plus for preparing food during my stay.

The comforter appeared to have stains on it, and I wasn't sure if it had been properly cleaned. There were also rusted bottle caps in the disposal, which was concerning.
